I drew red lines on my wrist in pen. I took an ice cold shower and watched them wash away. I held my breath until they were all gone. It was freeing to see them fade , until the real scars were revealed. I just sank down covering my head with my arms, crying…. I always cry in the shower. That way people dont hear your whimpers or see your tears…. Why cant I just be normal? Scream, shout, hit something? No, I have to fucking cut myself to release the pain…. What is wrong with me?
